Tramonti d'itria
My husband and I embarked on a major life-changing project, starting in 2012 when we purchased two properties with ruined trulli (see photo). The renovation lasted several years with many difficulties, considering the fact that at the time we lived and worked in Rome, which forced us to travel many kilometers to see our project born.

Il mio legame con la Puglia è sempre stato molto forte, i miei genitori sono entrambi baresi e, fin da quando ho memoria, siamo sempre stati in Puglia per le vacanze e per tutte le feste principali.
Filled with many hopes, we went on until we saw our dream come true even when our closest friends thought we were crazy. My connection to Apulia has always been very strong, my parents are both from Bari and, for as long as I can remember, we have always been in Apulia for vacation and all the main holidays. This bond and the desire to return to our origins pushed us to choose this land. Over the years, we've had so much satisfaction, even the most incredulous have been convinced of our choice. Being in contact with so many different people from the most diverse places on the planet is a fantastic experience that repays everything, making us feel like we are traveling with them. We have made new friends because our priority is to make our guests have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. In the early years of our work, we were joined by a longtime friend of ours, Esmeralda (portrayed on the left in the photo next to my husband and I) who came from Mexico to support us and give us very helpful advice in the startup phase.
Our property consists of three apartments for 4 people each in the trulli, with a total of 12 beds. It is a holiday home in the Ostuni area (BR), in the Itria Valley, consisting of 10 cones, a 6 by 12 meter swimming pool, two comfortable gazebos, a barbecue area, reserved parking and a small vegetable garden available to our customers. Upon request, you can also enjoy wine tastings, a course to learn how to make orecchiette and/or cheese, yoga classes, and bike rides (we are on the Apulian aqueduct cycle path). Always present in the property, we help our guests even just by providing simple advice or to spend an evening together in friendship.
