Three mini apartments in the trulli that make up our property in the countryside of the Itria Valley, for 2 to 4 people each, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (single beds that can be joined), the option of adding a children's cot and, if necessary, a high chair. Air conditioning and heating. Two large outdoor gazebos complete with tables, chairs and barbecues. A laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack is available, as well as the option of hanging laundry outside, which dries quickly in the Apulian sun.

Trulli buildings are a unique feature of the Apulia region. This type of construction guarantees an ideal climate in summer. However, the apartments are air-conditioned with solar thermal systems to ensure cool temperatures in summer and warm temperatures in winter. Our property is on the cycle tourism route by the aqueduct that extends for approximately 22 kilometers from Cisternino to Ceglie Messapica, including the new stretch that crosses the countryside of Martina Franca, from Pineta Ulmo to Monte Fellone. The route is constantly growing and is enriched with new itineraries every year.
We offer some mountain bikes free of charge to our guests (minimum age for use 10 years)
Possibility of renting e-bikes through a third party company with the possibility of collection and delivery in the facility.
